Hello community, lately, we have been the victim of various DDOS attacks of various strengths and types. It seems that lately we have been dealing with them more and more often and its come to a point where the OSBot administration has decided to purchase a new dedicated server with advance DDOS protection from BlackLotus.net. This dedicated server will be protected by their advance HBO technology and have 10gbit/s DDOS mitigation. We are currently awaiting for it to arrive. This new host will be able to handle the demands of OSBot and the OSBot Bot server much faster and respond to emergencies 24/7. Hello, tonight's release features the following: "Class XXX does not have a valid accessor" will not spam anymore. Frog queen may have been potentially fixed. Some internal improvements and additions to the bot. Fixed the issue with enabling/disabling the default mouse paint from within scripts. Fixed the is in building mode check. A hacky fix for variable sized wall decoration objects like rifts in the Abyss. Hello OSBot scripters, Today I bring to you, a new store class library. I plan to maintain and modify this to work flawlessly. Until the OSBot team is able to add it into their API. I happen to know that there is already an library like this. However that library wasn't maintained or offered support for which I plan to do. Any feedback given will be appreciated and considered. 1. Setting up: A. You add the class files to your source and compile them with it. B. As part of my responsibilities for being an admin and a developer of OSBot, I have to let everyone know that our database has been leaked. We do not know for sure if passwords were stripped from the leaked version of the database, however, let it be known that the database was leaked by one of our administrators, Kati. This is a very unfortunate event and we are still working out the details. Kati was a vital part of the administration team here at OSBot. Hey everyone, I'm thinking of writing up a new script and wanted to gauge interest before I spend hours on it. It would be a script to craft nature runes at Karamja and it would have both a safe (actually safe) and dangerous route. The bot would also be able to alch while running to and from general store and altar! Would anyone be interested in this? Let me know!

I suggest everyone leaves Clutch alone, he will most likely leave you alone if you do the same. No reason to escalate this. It was known to us that Clutch is who got the database from Kati. Like we said earlier, we will never know the entire story behind this as we will not know who speaks the truth. All you should do is change your passwords here and anywhere else that could be related, secure your emails with 2 way verification and let it go honestly.

and it wasn't just a trojan you bellend, it was a keylogger I reverse engineered the keylogger to get some information from the hacker. The user that was responsible for the hacking is now banned.

Our main dedicated server went offline unexpectedly earlier today. We verified that it was not due to a DDOS attack but rather a routing issue with the server host. We will be planning on adding an "offline" mode to the bot soon and we are most-likely going to migrate to a new more stable host in the upcoming days. Sorry for your inconvenience, Laz and the OSBot Team.

first off just because one processor has 3.5ghz doesn't mean another processor with 3.5ghz will run at the same speed. it depends on the amount of cores, efficiency of the architecture, and it's overclockability. to be honest right now it's not really worth going amd because of their lack in performance compared to intel. it was once a viable option to go with amd(3-4 years ago), however their bulldozer/piledriver are barely outperforming intel's first generation of i3/i5/i7(which is 4 generations ago). if you want a nice processor but don't want to spend a load of money, get yourself a haswell i3(2 cores 4 threads). these are locked processors and cannot be overclocked, but they still pack quite a punch. if you have a little more money than that(i'd say around twice as much) get an unlocked i5(unlocked processors on intel's side are specified by a 'K' at the end of it's name. for example: i5 4670K). these are called the "kings of gaming" because right now you don't need more than 4 cores, and have a decent amount of overclocking headroom. it should also be noted that intel's architecture in sandy/ivy/haswell are all more efficient(higher speed at a lower frequency) than bulldozer/piledriver(also known as zambezi/vishera). so you could have a fx-8350(4 cores 8 threads) running at 5ghz and it still won't be performing as well as an i5 4670k at stock. one last thing to note is upgradability. intel is very good in this department because in a couple years down the road you might see an old 4770k running for dirt cheap on ebay/amazon, and you might be sitting there with your old 4670k saying "wow i can upgrade this!." overclocking is another thing to take into consideration because it's free performance. intel's don't run very hot so you could easily get a 30$ cooler and get a healthy overclock out of an unlocked chip. I'm not an intel fanboy, in fact i love amd's 7xxx series gpus. but these days amd have just been getting their asses kicked by intel, so nothing you can really do but to suck it up and get an intel chip i'm afraid. sorry if its too much to read im a bit of a nerd when it comes to these things lol. let me know if you need to know anything else because i know all about price/performance.
