We have a clear term of services saying we aren't reliable for any misuse regarding the membership code. The customer joined our discord yesterday, bought 4 codes and told us none of them were working. Even tho our system always makes sure the codes are working before they're handed out. So he's either trying to play dumb or he's just trying to scam 7 bucks. I'd 100% recommend not dealing with this individual.

I put a positive rep yesterday, but I rescind that, bought 4 more codes today and 3 of the 4 did not work. Yes I made sure one account did not get all of them, no I did not ask for free codes in exchange to replace. It is 7 bucks or whatever, just want people to know that you won't get help if there is an error on their side.
