Autotalker = Autoban

Featured Replies

Hey guys

I've been trying to advertise my site on OSRS at the GE
Somehow when I turn on the autotalker, it locks my account within 1-2 minutes of doing so.

Any way of avoiding this? There must be a way to do this (like rsmalls is doing)

Thanks

Probably not because you're autotalking (which have been clarified as being legal now) but because you're advertising a website, which is against the RoR.

I am not using the ingame autochat.

Nobody sees that by standard.

If I use the ingame autochat I don't get banned , but also no visitors

Set it every 8+ seconds. Maybe use a different autotyper?

I'll try this and report back.

And yea this one is kinda flimsy.

if you are trying to lure people and rat them then you should get banned.

If you're using a static IP/ VPS the accounts will get locked, sometimes simply to cause distress for you. In some cases where hacked accounts are used on a static IP, jagex can have other accounts auto locked once you login with that internet.
