How is that not helpful?

 

because the advise he is giving is incorrect, did you read my post where i said i've been using the script over 2 months, so i obviously know how to set it up, and therefore if i'm reporting that it's not currently working, him telling me i haven't set it up correctly, when i clearly have, isn't helpful at all.

 

He's arrogant in fairness and doesn't like to accept that something isn't working.
