there used to be a waterfall one, i guess it went out of date. And i know there was a project for one a long time ago but i can't remember who made it for the life of me. (quests like preist in peril, dt, waterfall) easy annoying quests ya know. Someone around here probably knows 

Hard to make reliably, very hard to test . Generally impractical to code for and very time consuming. At this, services prevail

I don't think it's the fact that one can't do a quest, but rather that one does not want to. Seeing as the majority of runescape players, including myself, seem to enjoy pking or pvming more than quests. - Which are more done for the rewards, they provide.

Just get started on them, it's not that bad, or go into the service section and find someone to do them for you. Guess thats your best shot if you don't want to do em yourself.
