Sky
The editing takes the graphics way overboard. The visual prowess is probably equal to something of pong.

Sky
With technology increasing by the years, i dont doubt it. You're talking about virtual interaction in 2014, not just, but on a player to player level with 4D environmental FX. not even in 20 years will we have ~10MS response from a 0 ping server with custom motion simulators to support 'realism' Your eyes will be looking at pixels and only just pixels. images aren't being popped into your head. As powerful as technology is, it will never be strong enough to produce data fast and accurately and also as cleanly/beautifuly as it's potrayed in the video without our brain being able to pick out the flaws in each corner. Technology is great but we only put so much into what is so luxurious.

Having 3 ping is quite common in some countries (netherlands glass-fiber) so i can't see why we could not reduce this amount in the near future to near 0 ping situations. Also the <10ms response is not unlikely to happen in way less then 20 years if processors keep progressing the way they do. I still agree that full dive technology seems unimaginable but so was the internet 25 years ago.

They are probably going to host their own servers, so you will have 0-1 ping. lan party. <10ms response won't happen due to method of transferring data. inputting every single end structure of your body into pixel from movement into interactive environment into other players 5+ data visual input all at the same time is at the moment impossible.
