I'm botting 2 accounts at Nightmare Zone right now, my goal on the first is to get 90/90/90 Atk/Str/Def, it also already has 70 Magic. The other is focusing on range, and I plan on getting 99 on it. I want to sell both accounts for at least €100 each. Are there any quests or other skills I should do to make them worth more? Preferably not something that takes a long time like Dragon Slayer 2.

Apparently making them pmod makes it worth a lot more

Putting 1b gold to bank also could help to increase value

You can train them up to 99 / unlock more gear /  train other stats

Build a better rep in the community. Nobody willing to buy any account for >100 with someone with 0 feedback. 

Getting a pet would increase it a little I would say 

What would make you want to pay more for an account

 

Maybe doing a few annoying grinds could help, get fighter torso / void maybe idk... do monkey madness 2?

Go see what accounts are being sold for 100 and that should give you a good idea of what you need. 

You can quest and get barrows gloves on them, generally RFD completed accounts are worth a lot but that might take a lot more time. But questing on the side on them would be beneficial as it will make the account look more human-like and lessen the times you bot making it more random. 

Get the overall stats up and do some basic quests.

Some people are looking for Ds2 done. That might be time consuming.
