jagex does not respond to ban appeal,why?

jagex doesnt reply on ban appeals.

if they catch you botting your done for ( exceptions to be made )

they have answered me many times already, only not lately

You are on botting site, I would assume the ban given was probably not for nothing :D Wouldn't waste my time with appeals then. If they see that ban is given with reason they won't answer. Also if you got manual ban they are probably not even checking those as it was already checked by a human.

tweeting means that you tag to jagex in twitter explaining your case or asking for a pardon.
Are you sure that wrote rightly the email to where they should contact you?
