The person who is responsible for maintaining the script hasn't been online since February, guessing it's lost cause. 1

Yes, whenever a bug/issue gets reported according to the template, the bug gets fixed if it's not webwalker/mirror related. If it is, the cluescroll that can't be solved will be added on the unsolvable list. Suggestions for new features are also being taken into account.
