Would be nice to have a subsection No cross-fitters sorry. would be cool to see workout programs/ideas/weight loss progress from people/muscle building progress as well, currently helping a buddy lose weight as he is over 300 pounds so I do light work outs with him and hound him on his diet and I get to do weight lifting while he does cardio/other workouts that don't strain his joints

I gained a lot of muscle in the past few months and I also decreased my bodyfat from 13% to 6% without much effort.
Solution Posted November 7, 2018 Posted November 7, 2018 I'd be down for one. Picked up on fitness a couple of months ago and I've been really enjoying it and I've started making some nice progress Would also be interesting to get/give some advice to people. 1
