That's why it would be a good idea :D

Love this idea. A lot of people can help and encourage a lot of other people. Sometimes all you need to change/turn your life around is somebody informing/telling you about something.

would be cool to see workout programs/ideas/weight loss progress from people/muscle building progress as well, currently helping a buddy lose weight as he is over 300 pounds so I do light work outs with him and hound him on his diet and I get to do weight lifting while he does cardio/other workouts that don't strain his joints

I agree. I gained a lot of muscle in the past few months and I also decreased my bodyfat from 13% to 6% without much effort.

I'd be down for one. Picked up on fitness a couple of months ago and I've been really enjoying it and I've started making some nice progress :) Would also be interesting to get/give some advice to people. 

I’d like that! Always good to share knowledge and encourage others to be healthy.
