I only paid 1.4b for the cape on my maxed zerker - however I did do this offsite. To let you know the price range.

I doubt any caper is going to do it w/o any gear on the account. but ur looking at probably 1b+ for the cape i'd say @Pink Clay does them and maybe @zuzel111 but im not sure if zuzel does firecapes aswel.
