What's a good game to play with or introduce my wife into games. She's semi interested. 

The last games she played were the 2D Mario adventure games and some looney toon adventure game. 

Might help what genre of game's she might be interested in, if she doesn't know, go off of what her movie taste is

maybe she would enjoy something like this? good laughs guaranteed

Depends what she's into.

GTA is a game that usually most people like, you can just fuck around without having to follow strict game rules or anything.

If she wants cartoony stuff, you could pick up a switch/wii and get mariokart / other mario games / zelda / whatever.

heartstones is pretty chill turn base game, if she is no good at controls etc. otherwise some gameboy games or something to get started then hit her up with runescape.
