    In what way would this help with bans? OSRS banning system is almost entirely server based, what you're trying to prevent is client side banning.

    oldest accounts I have in stock currently are 40+ days (and counting), all accounts I sell are rested at minimum 7 days

    Praying based on projectile ID won't work iirc because damage is calculate at animation

    in my opinion this has always been the case. Resting an account justs shows that any ban the account gets, isn't from tutorial island
