If i used 160 accounts on the same ip adress without any bots or scripts, would i still get banned?

You won't get banned unless you're botting on the same IP (you can get chain banned) or if you're RWT. If you sell gold and get caught for RWT I'm pretty sure you'll get multiple accounts banned if they're found to be linked to one another.

If you're doing neither then you shouldn't get banned.
