Edit: Using a vpn i can register accounts, but they block them after the tutorial

Yes they block any obvious IPs except residential. However now they're slowly cracking down on those too, It's only time before they figure how to crack down on those :feels:

    That’s my guess. I had an IP that I created accounts once every 5-20 days and had multiple bans on that same ip. But never chain bans.

    If you created a few and got the timeout, you should just wait 10-15min, otherwise idk

    You should wait a while before registering new accounts.
