EDIT: He did all NMZ + AVAS quest on all accounts all he has left is regicide. 

Personally I would work out the bare costing involved via the XP gained. Rather than base off someone's thought for value.

id price these accounts to be worth around 30-35m each as they stand

base it off the xp hes done using a reputable users pricing points

I agree with @Mac at 30-35m, with the vast majority of that coming from the range and NMZ/Avas being quested.

This is based upon reputation and so on, so really he owes at least sort of like 300-350M.

Looks like @Dbuffed thinks 300M should be the total @Kim gets from Dard for the refund, so I've given Dard the message + kim and waiting for the refund or just accepting the ban.

These account as they stand are no more than 30m, 4 of them makes 120m max so 400m refund? Or I must be missing the point here.

So regicide is not the only missing quest

Nonetheless, dard decided he wasn't refunding the said amount, so I blocked him on skype. If he refunds let us know via pm.
