Best botting OS

In terms of low overhead/resource usage, what would be the best OS to use which is compatible with OSbot? right now i've got a stripped down windows 7 but don't know much about other OS's.

I plan on dual booting for botting or running it in a vm, if you know of a good one please link me the ISO file.
