in my experience I get banned noticeably less when using breaks. Even 4 minute breaks per hour helps alot *I think*.

manual breaks are best by far, so long as you're not doing them by a strict pattern

personally i dont break anymore i dont see it helping iv been botting an account for 25hrs now (only break i took was to trade items over) its still going strong

Suppose it's what you're botting, where youre botting, if you get reported, and probably 1000 other aspects lol but i advise botting a 12-12 day! 2-4 hours on 2 hours off, pretty human-like cycle
