    idk i think dbuffed does them when someone else who does services gets placed in twc regardless if they are scammers or not so he can damage their reputation tbh.

    Sometimes the thread doesnt get approved in time(mods not online/active) and the person in dispute isnt TWC yet so thread is made to make the community aware...
