As I explained in the earlier dispute against you, negative feedback isn't intented for your situation. Furthermore, he didn't make any false claims - you were able to create accounts through his proxies. Accounts don't get locked for simply being created, and thus the IPs he provided aren't solely responsible for your accounts getting locked. Of course you are able to voice your opinion, but considering the trade was completed, and the issues with the one non-working proxy was resolved, you can't leave negative feedback. At most you'd be able to leave a neutral. As for not being notified - that was my fault. I felt like the first feedback didn't immediately deserve a warning point, considering it was obviously unclear when one is supposed to leave negative feedback. As such, I didn't issue a warning at all, which I should've done without any warning points attached.

Next ban is perm, and they already caught you once. Are you going to steal from the same store that just got you fined for theft with the risk of jailtime if they catch you again? Up to you, but doesn't sound like a great Idea to me ?

Removed, considering negative feedback is reserved for not recieving what one paid for (i.e. scams or blatant lies about product) which is not thale case here. That being said, at this point you have heard about account getting locked straight away. Even though the risk is obviously always present that accounts get locked, be sure not to falsely advertise proxy safety to buyers as to avoid incidents like these in the future.

While not directly a scam, this behavior is obviously unwanted in the community, especially in the service section. As such @botos has been moved to the TWC rank for 1 month, on the condition he straightens out his attitude. While I understand a flooding can obviously be a highly stressful circumstance, this is not the way to vent/deal with it. Considering the account back in possession, the service is cancelled and the refund provided I'd say this can be considered done with. Some screenshots have been removed for the public eye due to them containing sensitive info. If I missed something, please let me know.

I've never had any account I've bought or sold banned simply because of the sale. It's always a bot ban that either the buyer got themselves or someone I bought it from botted it and it simply got nuked after I bought it. Account sales are always a bit tricky, because you're not the only one that feels like "Hmm I kinda want that account back..." and sometimes they end up being recovered. Make sure you trust the person you're buying from long-term.

It it happens on runelite too there's probably an issue with your java. Try deleting any and all things java related, remove any cached files from osbot and runelite etc. Do a clean java 8 install, reboot and try again.
