  1. As mentioned above, email addresses aren't visible to users. Even if they were able to though, jagex isn't going to bother going through it and banning people.
  2. I've request @Harley Quiin to reply here. In the meantime, can you provide us with the exact order information (e.g. where it was specified the service was to be hand done, pricing arrangements etc.) as well as the confirmation of the stuff traded over?

  5. Recovery info rarely works for non-OO's which is why I'm requesting you to do one for him. As for the why the account got locked, let's hear from @ulgodzA on that regard.
  6. Please discuss the account with the user and attempt a recovery for him from the creation IP if possible. Post evidence of the outcome here.
  7. User has been notified he is under dispute. Hopefully he'll check in and be able to assist you in unlocking the account.

  11. Be sure to change any and all things you care about that still utilize that password! And set up 2-step authentication on the email you use it with! If it was indeed obtained from a leaked database breach there's a fair chance someone will try and use that password on other stuff.
  12. That makes it all the more likely that someone simply got your password from somewhere and tried to get in to take everything of value. What did you scan your pc with? Regardless, if it came up clean there's very little chance it was malicious software. Was you password unique to your runescape account, or did you share it with anything else?
  13. Honestly I owe you an apology for the condescending tone I used earlier. Your frustration is highly understandable and didn't deserve my reaction. In all seriousness, OSBot has for more at stake than hacking one account, and the same can be said for any scripter that writes here, it's absolutely out of the question it was OSBot that hacked you. That being said, the scan is a good start. It has a chance of finding the culprit, in case the reason you were hacked was the download of a malicious piece of software. This doesn't have to be the case though, is the password you used for the account entirely unique? Stuff like leakedsource make it exceptionally easy for people to do an email/username/whatever search and try the same account details on your email or other game accounts - this could also be a plausible explanation. Was the account completely cleared out, or was it hacked in the sense you can no longer access it?
  14. I am confused. The messages are about a fire cape service, yet the dispute is about ranged training, and the feedback is about rogues outfit? Can you show me the agreement you both came to with regards to the ranged leveling services, screenshots of you providing account detail to gold services specifically for this service? I need to know that, and what exactly, he was servicing (on) your account at the time your items went missing. this is all just a jumble of random conversations, screenshots, an empty bank and three seemingly unrelated situations.

If your services are negatively affected you can just link them this thread to show them nothing is conclusive yet considering no evidence was provided (yet) I'm sure you'd rather have a day or 2 to conclusively clear your name than to have this sloppily resolved and hanging above your head for far longer ?
  16. I'm very sorry that you're unable to be secure about your account information. I'll do everything in my power to make sure you're not an idiot with your password again. (Which, in case you were unaware, is nothing at all) Be better about your security, instead of blaming a system that's working for thousands of users but somehow fails for one entirely insignificant person/payment.
  17. User placed in TWC and requested to reply here. He has 24 hours to do so. In the meantime, could you confirm the Skype you were speaking to was @GOLD Service and do you have any evidence of the ranged experience that you trained? (this is important for the eventuality of a refund)
  18. Please provide evidence of a trade taking place and the messages between the two of you. If these was done off-platform please include the link between the OSBot account and whatever platform you used to communicate.
