Judging from the chatlogs, user hasn't been the most friendly of people. I don't see anything that would suggest he attempted to scam though, please provide some evidence of that. -
You keep mentioning that you have proof of him training the account to 2 def, how about showing that?

I dont see how that would leave any question about why it would be a neutral. Considering he hasn't replied yet though, try to work something out but in the end if you aren't satisfied with how the transaction has gone you're free to leave a neutral.

Or you could spend half and do more but I agree that laggy phones are shite.
$700 for a phone is too much no matter what the fuck it can do. I can't see myself ever spending more than 400-500 on a brand new phone, and that's my absolute maximum. I'd rather spend less.
