  1. Jack - I'm the only one who can activate it...
  2. So I decided to add something in my scripts to determine if you're using my script or not. Don't worry, only I can activate the secret messages. Script: kOgres http://osbot.org/mvc/sdn/scripts/2 Source of Captain Jack:

I knew that would happen. They gave us a single image and then put invisible rectangles around the buttons. Essentially this left us with a static image that can't account for multiple resolutions, that had poor interaction, no possibility of future modification, and terrible SEO.

  11. Why botters on OSBot fail: 1. They think that when they get banned it's the scripter's fault for not including enough anti-ban. 2. They think that anti-ban holds precedence over their idiotic botting habits such as suicide botting at a popular botting spot. 3. Many of them try and tell the scripter what they need to do to fix problems using their deluded pseudo code (one time a user told me to use "strings" for rocks instead of "ids", little does he know that all rocks wheter runite or tin are all called "rocks"). 4. They think scripts are made overnight. 5. They will frequently try scripting only to release terrible scripts because they have no knowledge in programming. 6. They think that randoms are handled by the script. 7. When a hook or method is broken on an RS Update, they scream and chargeback scripters because they think it's the script's fault. 8. They don't read client debugs 9. They don't read instructions on how to use the script on the script topic, instead they make a post stating that it doesnt work. One example is where to start a script and/or required items. 10. They have a limited knowledge of Runescape outside Lumbridge and Varrock and any scripts that require a quest will never be as popular as a flax picker or bow stringer.
  12. I've redone the Advanced tab to show whether those values or enabled or disabled, and the ability to toggle those features.

  16. I just searched through the code again. If you make backless claims again regarding scripts that are entirely clean, creating unnecessary drama, administrative action will be taken against you. These types of remarks are damaging to a scripter's reputation and for you to blame both OSBot and the scripter for an otherwise malicious-free script, is clearly unjust. I would suggest you get your ducks in a row before pointing the finger at someone. Perhaps you got phished, ratted, or social engineered. Whatever it is, it's not what you claimed it to be. -Alek

Member: Maldesto Feedback on activity: Very high Abusive or Non Abusive?: Non abusive What could Maldesto improve on?: Nothing Does Maldesto handle situations well?: You handle situations very well and have a ton more patience than me. Don't let people drag you down; if there's anything you need help with let me know. Anything else?: You are well versed in the many facets of OSBot to include chargebacks, disputes, forum moderation, sdn issues, client issues, forum issues, advertising, and much more. You are the only admin (besides the devs) I would ever want to work for. Like I've said above, you have a ton of patience and you look at the totality of circumstances before you make a decision. I wish everyone knew how hard you work to keep this forum clean, moderated, and a well working behemoth that grows at an exponential rate. Member: Jordan Feedback on activity: Active Abusive or Non Abusive?: Non Abusive What could Jordan improve on?: Nothing Does Jordan handle situations well?: Not sure Anything else?: You're you, a cool headed guy that has his act together, truly a professional Member: Levi Feedback on activity: Active Abusive or Non Abusive?: non abusive What could Levi improve on?: Dont let members try and pick at you and agitate you. Does Levi handle situations well?: By the book and professionally. Anything else?: You do great work and your activity is phenomenal. Truly an asset to OSBot. Member: Falixus Feedback on activity: Active Abusive or Non Abusive?: non abusive What could Falixus improve on?: Nothing Does Falixus handle situations well?: Unsure Anything else?: A great mod that keeps the forums nice and tidy, keep up the great effort. Member: Gilgad Feedback on activity: Active Abusive or Non Abusive?: non abusive What could Gilgad improve on?: Stop making me look like a monster on the forums Does Gilgad handle situations well?: If he was a czar of an enslaved country. Anything else?: All jokes aside, a great moderator and incredibly pleased to have him as staff! Member: Mikasa Feedback on activity: Active Abusive or Non Abusive?: non abusive What could Mikasa improve on?: Nothing Does Mikasa handle situations well?: Handles situations the best out of all the moderators (no offense to the others). Anything else?: Cool headed, mature, professional, understanding, and an overall well-rounded moderator. We go a little bit back and I hope you stick around for a while. Member: Raflesia Feedback on activity: Active Abusive or Non Abusive?: Non abusive What could Raflesia improve on?: Stop switching communities (joke) Does Raflesia handle situations well?: Yes Anything else?: You're a great moderator and are sufficient at making people happy. I don't think I could ever fully trust you and have high aspirations, but as a moderator you are one of the best in the Old School community. Take things easy and find a balance between work, studies, and recreation.
  18. I would like something similar to this (but original): A wolf that looks vectory (I think that's the word) with black and shades of black and a transparent background (like the image above). I'd prefer having it facing left. Dimensions: 180x180 120x120 If you have an .xcf format (I think that's the format), I would greatly appreciate it. Make the 180x180 first and if I like it, then you can go ahead and make the other size(s) (I want to save you extra work). You can watermark the image and post your price if you would like.
  19. It depends how processor intensive processes are. Luckily this software will have the same model as my scripts, free with premium features. This will allow you to try it out and see if it's worth the upgrade. If not, you have software with unlimited free lifetime updates.
  20. Very exciting news, thanks for the update.
  21. It would. I'd recommend running it once then doing a computer restart. On average people have been saving a minimum of 100-200MB of RAM and a bit of CPU. There's no installer needed so you can put it on a machine fast (say a VPS).

Verified - Please do not respond if you don't know what you are talking about. dragswat, please refresh your scripts. If that still does not work, have you tried adding it through our new script page? http://osbot.org/mvc/sdn/scripts/2 Make sure to get all free scripts from there, old free scripts in the "Store" may be corrupted from the transfer. Hopefully this helps. -Alek

OSBot Community, First I would like to announce that the following scripts have been released: FuduMiner DNAIOHunter CMHFireCrafter CMHFleshCrawler Celestial Fighter Lite sAIO Fletcher I'm also pleased to announce that we have completely moved all of our scripter's repositories and their scripts to the new OSBot Git. Although many of you will not see or feel differences in these changes, it drastically improves our infrastructure and will allow us to scale larger than ever before. The new "Free Scripts Page" also seems to be a huge success and we hope to move over our premium scripts to there as soon as we get the chance. All of this back-end stuff will ensure the longevity of OSBot 2 and will allow us to tackle projects more efficiently. I would also like to share with you a guide that took me a little bit to write (for scripters or aspiring SDN scripters): New SDN Scripter Guide: http://osbot.org/forum/forum-181/announcement-21-new-sdn-scripter-guide/ The OSBot Staff has been working diligently on various projects and we're sure it will pay off soon. Thanks for your patience and I apologize for any inconveniences or interruption of service over the last few days. P.S. The SDN has also been reopened. -Alek
