  1. Thanks for the support, there is a lot of pressure on me to be successful and I promise to not let you guys down. My focus is primarily on Scripters/SDN/OSBot systems/tools. However I will try to help anyone who is having general problems, or at least send them in the right direction. Edit: I also have no control over promotions, demotions, staff positions, ranks, or manning positions. This is between Maldesto, Laz, Maxi, and Zach, as they are the Administrators.
  2. So your argument is, because you spent an hour pushing scripts, you're active. lol And I believe it was said you would receive an 'Administrators' position. So I should hope you'd do more than just push scripts. An hour pushing scripts? I am going through a 2 month backlog of SDN Upload Requests I update scripts daily I am coordinating the new scripting competitions I am working on a new system (java, php, sql) for uploads I am revamping the SDN approval process I go through the inactive SDN scripts/contact script writers I review scripts for malicious code ... and much more There's a lot of behind the scenes stuff you guys don't really see. I spend at least 4-5 hours every day working on OSBot; you guys just can't see it because it's mainly in various systems/tools.
  3. I'm not a moderator, I'm a Script Manager. I work on the SDN; my job is not to moderate the forums or chat. If you were a scripter, you would understand the value I bring to the scripting community here. Most of my time is spent in Repositories, SQL Tables, Admin Panels, and back-end stuff, not on the forums. If I am on the forums, chances are I am making posts in the Scripter's Forum or SDN Upload Requests. Respectfully, please do not label me as a moderator.
  4. I'm not active because I have 400 post count and my time logged in isn't high because I don't afk my browser at night? I woke up at 6AM today to push scripts and was late for work which started at 7AM, I'm pretty sure I'm active. Smart is a great guy along with many other members of the administration. Staff promotions and community problems is out of my control, I'm just here to work on the SDN and push out updates. Regardless of whoever/wherever you got your disinformation from, I hope you return in the future when this pointless drama dies down. It's unfortunate that many members don't see the positive influence I have over the community.
  5. I'm locking this topic because all it is doing is perpetuating false rumors and accusations. There is no conspiracy, I was appointed to manage the SDN and everything that encompasses it. This includes taking care of the Script Writers and meeting their needs; and ensuring that the community receives updated and new scripts in a timely fashion. My credentials are well suited as I've worked with large databases in the past, and I'm sure there are other well-qualified scripters/programmers here that could do the same job. We are only in need of one script manager right now and until we need more, there is no need to add more. Setting up and teaching new Admins and Script Managers is time consuming process, time which could potentially be used to work on the client or improve the API. The job is being done adequately and proficiently. If you feel otherwise, please contact @Maldesto.
  6. @Ricky - How else do you plan on me adding scripts to the sdn and updating the repository with less rights than a chatbox mod?
  7. @5uck would make a good Script Manager. Super Moderator was taken away from me because I wasn't a Super Moderator. My primary purpose is to maintain the SDN and keep things orderly as it relates to scripting and the scripting community. There have been major issues with script update times and adding new scripts to the SDN, and I'm here to resolve many of these issues and then some.

I could manage your scripts, I already have the source(s). Of course your credits would remain and I'd love to share any future profits which are made from it. If you are interested, please let me know. -Alek

I really hope this has nothing to do with your OSD application. I'm not sure what happened with it but if you got denied, I hope the person who denied it gave you a reasonable explanation. Best of luck and I hope you return. Edit: I'm going to temporarily hide your scripts, if you decide to return (which I hope you do), let me know so I can un-hide them. -Alek
  10. @Iyyyha1 - Please re-read the original post. @bjeurn - The script developer can contact me, there were many reports of it being broken.
  11. These scripts were removed because they were inactive with no updates and were broken for a substantial amount of time. They were hidden from the store and not deleted; so if the script developers update their projects, I can easily add them back. Current users of premium scripts will be unaffected if they so choose to continue to use the script. 12. In two weeks OSBot will be having it's first scripting competition and we are in need of some sexy graphics from the GFX community. The following graphics are needed: 128x128 medal/trophy graphic -Colors of your choice -Says something alone the lines of "scripting competition winner", "OSbot script winner", "Scripting medal", etc. Small topic banner -Words to be included, "OSBot, Winter, Scripting/Scripter, Competition, 2013" -Colors would be light/dark blue, whites, anything that would reflect the winter season Credits will be given to the graphics which are used, deadline is 22 November 13. PM the entries to @Alek.
  13. Every time I have a new script waiting in the SDN, I'm going to be making one of these topics. Also, all the scripts below are free... so this impacts potentially many OSBot members. Enjoy.
  14. As far as I can throw a grand piano.
  15. They are planning a change to the SDN, but something needs to be done in the interim. I really don't want to switch bots again because of a community problem, again.
  16. Maldesto for Admin and/or give me SDN Mod. Don't want money for my work, just want to worry about scripting and not community problems.
  17. Two pictures to summarize what's been going on in the realm of scripters: 09 November 2013:
  18. @Skrizzly - Why Edgeville and not Taverly? Tav is in a safe zone, fairly close to a bank, and is actually faster if you use fally teleports.
  19. Alek replied to w22's topic in Resolved
I hope you know that the other "main competitor to OSBot" is also having very similar problems. We might all have to switch over to those no-namers.
  20. Thanks for updating us.
  21. A data flow diagram (DFD) is a graphical representation of the "flow" of data through an information system, modeling its process aspects. Often they are a preliminary step used to create an overview of the system which can later be elaborated.[2] DFDs can also be used for the visualization of data processing (structured design). A DFD shows what kinds of information will be input to and output from the system, where the data will come from and go to, and where the data will be stored. It does not show information about the timing of processes, or information about whether processes will operate in sequence or in parallel (which is shown on a flowchart). Source: The internet
  22. Since when is 08 old?
  23. Alek replied to darkharp's topic in Archive
Sorry about that. I know that for a while it was the only decent free AIO miner. I'll try to develop another free AIO in the future.
  24. Alek replied to darkharp's topic in Archive
It did. I told Raflesia to get rid of it because people kept complaining to me that the script was broken. This is because I stopped development over 3 months ago. If people didn't complain to me and actually read the thread stating that I stopped development, then perhaps I would have kept it on the SDN.
