The ban rate on runescape is VERY high all around now a days. (Thanks jacmob). Make sure you do not go overkill on autoing. I'd say no more than 6-7 hours a day. But hey, that's just my opinion. Good luck.

Its happened 18 times before, and there was a scare of this within the past couple years. It's not a disaster, but it definitely has negative effects. It costs $1 billion dollars a week and puts 800,000 people out of jobs while it is shut down.
