After resolving the IP, we could match it to no account here at OSBot. However, it's obvious its him though with evidence provided on the initial scam report thread on another community. I have banned him & requested an IP Ban from a Super +. Thank you for the report. ^_^

As for @Nike, he has been temporarily banned as it appears he has been compromised and we do not want to risk the safety of OSBot's users because of it. Are you able to re-gain access to your PayPal account to end the dispute case?

Can you explain why the IP under that Skype account matches the IP registered under your OSBot account? That seems like enough information to connect you to the scam. Whether it be your doing or you were compromised. Either way, you're still accountable.

You aren't at fault. I've resolved both skypes (one being his "legit" one, the other being the "hacked" one). They resolve to the same IP and Argus is now banned. He'll have to refund you fully along with others he has scammed through this before returning to OSBot. I'm sorry for your loss.

Thank for you informing us. Are you satisfied with a partial refund? He is fully accountable for the scam, therefore you should be compensated with a full refund. If you are content with this though, I can close this dispute.

This just kind of sounds like a RuneScape private server mod crown. We did have a legend awhile ago that did give information as to what each rank was. I believe it ran into some issues with other hooks though so I'm not sure if it will be re-implemented. If it was this would solve the first issue.
