Nowhere in your thread does it say you aren't the original owner. It is your job to either get the account unlocked or provide a refund to the user.

Can you please right click the user and choose "View Profile" with the messages showing as well? It appears you're using Windows 8, so I'm not sure if it's the same. Please let me know though. Thank you.

Not to get all defensive or anything, but what makes you say that? I try my best in working on disputes daily and in an efficient, timely manner. I can assure you your dispute will not be left for hours, as we have a staff member online almost at all times during the day.

I don't go first often. When I do it's a bit nerve-racking, unless I'm going against someone like @Probemas or @Divica. :lol:

There's really nothing we can do. I personally believe both parties are at fault, but due to @Trustmybet's crucial mistake of not checking the private message, he cannot put the blame on @Divica and request a full refund.

Dispute/Report on Divica's Worker DivicaBen
This is one of the oldest / most used scams in the book. I would hope you guys would have standard protocols to follow before completing a trade, such as confirming the user is who he says he is. Whether it be by checking up with the user's skype making sure they match up, or by having a better way of confirming. (e.g Hello I am *name here* confirming that I am speaking with *skype name here*) Trustmybet would have immediately noticed that you were speaking with a skype named something completely different than his own. I hope you understand.

Normally in these "PM trap" situations, both parties would be at fault and I would request that @Divica compensate @Trustmybet with at least 50% of the gold amount, but due to the circumstances, this isn't an option. @Trustmybet, it is because you didn't check the screenshot @DivicaBen sent to your account that you were scammed. If you had only opened it up and checked the conversation details, this could have been avoided completely. I would personally say there is nothing we can do and close this dispute, but I'm going to confirm with my colleagues that this is the best route to take. Thank you all for cooperating.
