It doesn't matter if it was only one account. He ordered all 3 to be done by you and / or Miley Cyrus only. That's still a breach in the terms of service that you guys agreed to. This would be fine if you informed @Nike and he gave the go for it to happen, but he wasn't notified what-so-ever. The refund amount will still be the same, however your service will most likely be looked into. I don't see the issue. If there's a disagreement with how this is being handled, please contact @Maldesto personally. The terms of the dispute haven't changed. Refund him the money so this can be closed, but I'm just letting you know this may affect your service in the future. Thank you.

This was due to the fact that it was under my interpretation that you gave the work to a hired worker for your service. However, never did you say or confirm with him that it wouldn't be you handling the service. You told him that you were taking over the service for Miley while he was away, not giving it to another service owner / worker to handle it. If he wanted the service to be done by them, he would have contacted them.

It questions the legitimacy of your service. If you're paying someone else to train an account that was supposed to be trained by yourself or one of your works, we will be forced to close your services if this is the case... If the account that you had ReaLife powerlevel belongs to @Nike, unfortunately we will have to take further action on the actual service thread. Unless you want to admit that it was one of his accounts right now, I will be contacting @ReaLife to get the username and confirm it with you guys. Thank you.

You were told by them that it would be a 50% refund if the accounts did happen to be banned, correct? That was your decision to use the bonds on those accounts, not them.

Can you provide evidence of you requesting that @BLOCKSTAR complete the service himself? Service owners get flushed with orders on the daily, so it's only natural that the service owner doesn't complete the desired order personally. Also, you even said in the original post that you gave @BLOCKSTAR permission to train on the account so I don't see the issue here? To address the last part of your comment, it's not about making money. He's just saying that instead of a 7m payment it would be 5.7m payment as you were supplying the bonds. You technically only paid him 5.7m per account; which means he's only obligated to refund 50% of what you paid him. Hope that clears things up and we can get this resolved. Thank you. ^_^

Bans are going to happen during services, that's undeniable. It's not worthy of a negative feedback if you have been refunded. You may leave a neutral feedback since you should have been refunded by protoking. Thank you.

Is this happening for anyone else on FireFox or is this just an issue with @RoomScape? Update - Just installed firefox and everything works fine. Appears like it is for everyone else as well. Don't know what to tell you.
