It appears he's provided you with all of what you purchased, but you just need a little help in getting it started. if you don't mind helping him out a bit and getting him on his feet soon that would be great. I understand you have a numerous amount of customers who also have tickets waiting, so that should also be taken into consideration when waiting for a response. I'd appreciate it if you could get it done within the next 48 hours though. ^_^
