After viewing all the evidence, I've went ahead and banned @Bug just as a precaution. The PayPal accounts are way too sketchy and it doesn't look like they are his own or someone close to him that they can trust. If he ever wishes to be brought back within the community, he will have to refund all of the users this has happened to and be able to explain the PayPal situation. Thank you to all the members who contributed information and co-operating. I'm very sorry for your loss.
