In order to handle this dispute in an unbiased manner, for the dispute I will put aside the fact that @Maldesto is an Administrator. I will be handling this as if both members involved are regular members (equals). I would like to ask @Maldesto if there is any more proof that the account was banned by @Ricky (although I understand this evidence may be hard to find) and did indeed have the mentioned stats. I would like to ask @Ricky if there is any proof that he did not bot (although I understand this evidence may be hard to find) and to post his defense in the situation. Also, if there was anything else mentioned in chat that could be used as evidence, could you please provide that so that @Dex or @Mikasa can find that evidence and post it here in your defense (assuming that evidence exists, as it may not).
