After reviewing the evidence provided by both sides, it's clear that not all of the accounts have been recovered, and we don't have enough evidence to prove the ones with changed passwords weren't changed by you.
Out of the 25 accounts this is what we've found:
1 Account was banned (yesterday)
12 Accounts do not have the same passwords, and we do not have any evidence of who changed them
11 Accounts have the same passwords and were not recovered
So, Jamie, it appears you weren't completely telling the truth when it comes to the accounts, by accident or on purpose, I'm not sure.
In Montana's Terms of Service, the accounts are your responsibility after 12 hours, and you failed to secure them properly, so we cannot do anything unless another user comes out and says he was provided the same accounts you were provided.
Until then, I'll close the dispute and remove Montana from TWC.
