Here are the useful facts AFTER each party agreed the Saimonas was to complete the order: Saimonas incorrectly (or without valid proof) believes that Retweets signed into the account and so Saimonas posts on the dispute that he is done with the order Retweets logs in the account and bots, presumably because Saimonas has said he's done with the order, but the dispute hasn't been resolved and no decision has been made Retweets completes the quests by himself presumably because he's running out of membership and can't wait for Saimonas to decide if he's going to do the quests or not You both ave really thrown us through a loop. It really isn't this complicated or hard to figure out but you guys are absolutely terrible at communication. Because Saimonas said he was done with the order and wasn't going to complete it, it is somewhat reasonable that Retweets logs in the account and completes the quests himself before his membership runs out. If you two could communicate better, this would have never happened. Regardless, Saimonas will have to refund Retweets 3.5M because he did say he was done with the order prior to Retweets logging in. If Saimonas had not said he was done with the order, this would be a different decision.

That account you described is actually worth a couple hundred bucks and I wouldn't recommend buying it because they're easily recoverable and still accessible on the device of the original owner even if you own the email. You should play the game, the real fun is clan wars as a TH7-TH9 once you get to TH10/11 it requires a lot more of your time and a lot more thought and effort. Still fun, but my favorite part was TH7-9.

@Retweets it does appear that @Saimonas reached out to you after he had trouble logging into your account so it doesn't appear he's avoiding you. Can either of you provide the skype logs for the last few days? Also, @Saimonas, you bring up that he did not read your ToS for sure, but you didn't have a ToS until Tuesday, which was after the trade was started. Just throwing that out there. Your image where you can't login also says "or the server is too busy right now", so it's not 100% for sure that someone logged into the account, but it's possible.
