if u scam small amounts on a rs community multiple times u need to re-evaluate your life scam-quiting is not a viable long term plan at all, for the same effort or less, you'd make a heck of a lot more money by not scamming

Your first point, I believe it's not covered in current rules but personally think we could rethink it. I don't see any immediate harm in people posting offering their MM service, however. Your second point, if you see it, post in the false feedback section and we will address it asap. Your third point, MM's get 2 feedback per transaction but also handle double the amount in the process, so I personally think the current requirements make sense and are stricter, but we can look into it more.
