Also, Xylate offered support walking me through everything and integrating my own scripts. I do not believe I will be receiving that support based on the chat logs and his obsession with not honoring his own word even after he himself said it was useless to him. Something is up!

I wasn't assuming, it's what Xylate said in his for sale thread. Of course I would want to integrate my own scripts, but I would also like the script I paid for as well. I don't want to just Oak farm, and Xylate knows this, I don't know why he would think me wanting to integrate my own scripts is some smoking gun. When Xylate sent the list of what I was purchasing, he changed a few things from the thread, and that is completely fair game. What is not fair game is the stuff he himself said in the thread would not be effected by price, everything else is and was. Xylate's argument is essentially "I lowered the price and it was not included in the lower price" which blatantly contradicts "it has no effect on my price, at all". Xylate is essentially arguing with himself at my expense. I paid $1,300 for this out of company money and didn't get everything. I have a partner. You know I can't just spend $1,300 of money that isn't mine and then not dispute this. I owe it to my company and I owe it to my partner. I don't understand why it's a problem. Xylate told me yesterday he doesn't use the farm anymore and he won't be using the scripts. I offered to pay the difference between the two and Xylate still declined. Xylate said in his thread it is useless to him so I don't know why he's forcing me to dispute this. I thought this would be an easy resolution in 30 seconds days ago. Something is fishy, he is going back on his word and using some imaginary loophole technicality he tried to create for himself at my expense. I was 100% clear on what I was purchasing when it came to the scripts I had no reason to ask for them to be included at any point because they were included regardless of the price I paid, and he does not wish to honor that. Here he says he wouldn't even re-integrate the scripts for me even though he said he would walk me through integrating my own scripts when I get them. It would be the exact same thing, and he agreed to do that as well. So either way here, he's scamming.

Disputed Member: @Xylate Thread link: Explanation/Evidence: First off let me preface this by saying I did not want to have to create this dispute. I went through every possible method to resolve this, and my experiences with Xylate have previously been very good. I do not know why this experience was so dramatically different but today I saw a different Xylate, and I hope the old one returns soon. Was interested in buying everything in thread above, so I messaged Xylate on May 14th, 2017. Was particularly interested in the following We hadn't discussed the price at all yet, and Xylate says this From what I can tell it sounds like he wanted to cut me a deal and lower the price. Since he was randomly sending me this list based solely on price, I assume the contents in #2 above were included, as they were not to be effected by price. The list he sent me is here: Xylate will argue that this was a completely different purchase than what was in the thread. I do not know if this was his secret plan all along or not. Regardless, Xylate has so far only sent the server, I have not received the scripts in #2 or the examples scripts in the list above. Regardless, there was never any chats that what I was buying was different than what was in the thread AND right after I purchased it, he updated the thread with "Sold". Now, unless he sold it to someone else, this is evidence that what I purchased was a version of what was in the thread and should include the items in #2 above. Xylate had agreed to help me set up the system and a few days after he sent me the source for the server he helped me set up and get it running. I was under the impression we would be setting it up from start to finish and I would be botting with the scripts shortly. We got the server source set up with MySQL and an expensive server I purchased, and I never received the scripts. I was confused the whole time because I thought he would be setting up the scripts, but he never did. I figured it would be okay because I was getting my own scripts made meanwhile and didn't say anything because I didn't want to start anything (that could lead to creating a dispute...). Getting my own scripts made proved to be difficult, and Xylate seemed to think the transaction was complete. I didn't want to bug him too much, but On May 25th I very politely asked Xylate to include the stuff in #2 above. Xylate denied, saying I didn't buy what was in the thread and said he would be throwing in these example script classes as a replacement which was completely new to me. Keep in mind, he never sent me the example script classes either. Throughout the next few days I continued to ask about the script, to no avail. Clearly Xylate didn't want to honor his word but I really didn't want to cause drama or create a dispute. I tried to resolve the issue in many ways, including a chat with @Decode to try and mediate and resolve the situation. I offered to pay $50 extra to receive the scripts and resolve it before it escalated to a dispute because Xylate said he would be lowering the price to $1350 the day before I bought it and I paid $1300. A full transcript of our chat will be available upon request. I am open to the following resolutions: Receive the scripts Xylate makes comparable script of my chosing (including tut island, 7qp, muling, tasks) A full refund on the total amount spent

No doubt botting results in bans. It's undoubtedly becoming increasingly harder to get off of tutorial island with many methods. It's not becoming easier to bot. Hopefully with continued efforts and tests we can find some ways to decrease bans.
