If i give you a dollar for a soda, you give me the dollar back, can you come get it a week later and say wheres my dollar, if you don't give it to me i'm taking you to court and making your reputation get tarnished for no reason. You literally hit refund, because you owe paypal over 2,000 dollars(rumor). You know they were going to take that 825 dollars without letting you withdraw it to your bank and you got caught.
