Checks inventory and stuff just fine, then goes to click the bank, and shoots out a huge error and the client freezes is there anywhere the error would be stored? http://imgur.com/XjxVeKC I can't even close the client, or click any of the settings tabs ect I just checked the log file stored under osbot/frost barrows and all it had was "opening bank" no error whatsoever

Chain ban probably, I'm guessing your ip was flagged (even if it was a proxy)

At 99 range and other max stats, you could easily duo or team any gwd with pretty cheap gear. I would go to bandos first. After a bit of experience, If you have a friend or two that can show you the way, and 70 Agility then I suggest armadyl, as it has the best item drops. Saradomin is a very good option too. Zulrah, if you have void is also a great way to start bossing, as it is technically safe, as you can talk to a man, and he will give you all your items if you die and lose them

99b talked to me on runescape, sadly I don't have records as I thought he was just being nice and didn't think twice about it. He asked me about how the account was going and if i'd done any risk fights. I had said no, and said that I would probably do some in the future (again, being naive about the situation, was just having general conversation with him). I had said I was in the process of rebuilding and he had asked to what amount I would rebuild to. I replied with "enough to consistently risk obby necklace and not be cleaned'. He then said something along the lines of "oh so like 20m or so". I agreed and then logged off 10 minutes later, after losing a fight in the wildy. Im not sure if this will help, because I feel like he will deny it but in this situation I have no inclination to lie. I would just like a refund of the account value, I won't ask for the 1-2m wealth that I had left on the account

Would like a refund, as you are original owner and the email got changed back to the original address. Only you could do that. There is no other way the account could of been recovered, as my computer is clean of any viruses and none of my other accounts got hacked/recovered.

oh sorry, disregard the proxification rules, and just follow what I said before just add the ip into proxifier and then when it asks you about the default rules thing, just click cancel and then everything should work
