"At the end of the day" is an expression, basically what he means is: it doesn't matter if you bot the accounts or play them legit, as long as the accounts get to the desired levels without any bans.

Very nice script, flawless, if it does misclick it corrects itself immediately. Using this to level mining on my main. One thing though: although the mouse movement looks very human-like, after watching it for a small period of time it seems very repetitive and similiar, (doing mine 1, drop 1).

If you're using the same script/activity you were doing when you got a 2 day ban then the chance of getting another ban will be the same as the chance of getting your first ban. I don't believe they flag your ip or monitor your account any closer if you receive a 2 day ban. So basically after you receive a 2 day ban, the ban rate should stay the same (assuming you're doing the same thing) Just know the next ban you get will be a permanent ban, and it could be very soon after your 2nd ban or not at all, depends how you bot/your luck

You said you would be using whip if you got 75, which means you're going to level attack past 75 if you pk with a whip, depends if you're willing to accept the extra attack levels and therefore combat levels. You can also mage pot up to veng until you get 94 magic, it's a bit nooby but it's definitely worth it if you understand how to use vengeance effectively and don't just spam it every 30 seconds. At the end of the day you have to think how much more effective their ags' are compared to your dds/d mace etc. keep in mind their strength would be considerably lower than yours if they are the same combat as you due to their attack level

Depends what you're botting, if it's some sort of goldfarming method then expect your first ban to be a perm ban, otherwise you should get a 2 day ban then next ban perm. Goodluck! Are you going to mine runite at 85+?
