I don't think Jagex takes into account your quest points. It's not like they are going to ban you then see you have over 100 quest points so don't ban you. If Jagex thinks/knows your botting, they are most probably going to ban you. Unless maybe if you are not gold farming and have had the account for yearswith a recurring membership

I don't think they would watch the account. Asking as you don't bot while under the flagged ip you should be good.
