As long as you do not have a static IP address, pull the modem out the wall and turn your router off for about 5 minutes. Before you do this, type in 'what's my IP' into google, and do the same again after, make sure they're not the same.

Unless you purchase the premium, the free version is overly used and most IPs are probably flagged. As for your ISP, call them and demand them an ISP change. Why should they question you? You're a customer, and what you ask for is what they should provide, no questions and certainly no rudeness.

Change your IP and use a VPN. Mirror mode won't really help you at this point.
