  4. And if you had asked either Alek or Maldesto, I'm sure both of them would have said I pull my share of the weight.
  5. You're welcome.
  6. The old bot should continue to work with the server changes. I just fixed some bugs.
  7. Zach replied to Czar's topic in Archive
Interesting script for sure. Definitely looks like it could be used as an account starter.
  8. Well, we had a lot of fun merging stuff. Hopefully nothing broke :P
  9. On behalf of the OSBot administration, Best wishes going forward with your life and I'm certain you'll succeed in whatever you set your mind to. Sincerely, The OSBot Team
  10. How did you ever guess? But seriously, things get shifted around pretty frequently these days.
  11. You forgot: Sincerely, The OSBot Team
  12. So, the first part of the migration went flawlessly. But the next parts suffered from some networking issues that needed to be resolved on both our end and our host's end (for those of you who got 403'd for forums, that was because a backup server kicked in to handle bot requests for you while forums were still disabled). It should all be resolved now.
  13. For clarification, we're more or less sticking with the same provider. They've provided assurances that this step will solve the issue. Considering that they're a major corporation with thousands of clients across the globe, I'm quite willing to take them at their word. And thanks for the shoutout, I seem to be the one lurking in the shadows these days!
  14. Actually sleepover hangover!
  15. Sorry, I'd rather underpromise and overdeliver.
  16. Emphasis on "should".
  17. I heard we progressed to ALPHA
  18. Part of the point for using a *nix OS is so you can access *nix based tools and such. If you use those tools, then it's better to just virtualize so you can still access them. If you don't really use those things, then usually Windows is a better choice in terms of software compatability and dual booting is fine.
  19. On behalf of the entire community, I'd like to also officially welcome Alek in as a Developer. Throughout his time here, he has shown his abilities and dedication to programming and the bot. In the past few months, he has continually become more and more involved with development. We feel that he is the best person to fill in this hugely important role! Sincerely, The OSBot Team
  20. Zach replied to Zach's topic in Releases
Well, I merged what was in the repo that was supposedly for the API team. Or did I totally miss something?
  21. Zach posted a topic in Releases
This is more of a maintenance release with some API fixes. I wasn't around for a lot of it so I can't provide a lot of details at this point in time. The API team changes were merged. This also means that it might not be as stable as it should be. One thing to note is that we now track the most recent user-agent from your browser when you use the forums. This is provided to the bot and used in outgoing connections to RS. So, it should be even more realistic since there won't be a disproportionate number of people using a specific user-agent. @Scripters I'll be in touch with you guys about the bugs and how I'm thinking about handling this in the near future. Sincerely, The OSBot Team Download: http://osbot.org/get/index.php
