On the note of Swizz talking about the Law. It is perfectly Legal to provide sources of programs and knowledge of 'hacking' and/or other methods for educational and security purposes. It's entirely up to the receive of such information to decide what they want to do with it.

Just keep it to hackforums. More experienced members relating to the topic. in his op he was referring to teaching people the same was as every university & college does. You get taught how people hack to prevent it happening to you.
