I don't think "I got banned" is enough reason for a refund, nor is "it doesn't work". 1) You're breaking the RS rules, you're bound to get banned sooner or later. 2) Khaleesi cannot fix what's wrong unless WE, the customers provide constructive criticism of whats wrong and needs fixing. Keep in mind that with the abyss being added just now, it's still new and will need constant bug reports from you if you want to keep it smooth and running!

It's risky because of Jagex catches one of your bots, chances are they'll ban all of them on the same IP. I don't think they'd ban your main account if you've NEVER botted, but you can never be sure these days. You can buy a proxy here: http://osbot.org/forum/forum/178-other/ they're very easy to use, you just fill them in when you start the client and you're good to go. If you're looking to gold farm, you'll easily cover the cost of it. I've never heard of free VPNs/Proxies, but feel free to search the web for some, I wouldn't risk it though since others most likely have tried it too. Hope that helps

100% of the one @ Seers is visible (the very last obstacle, that you click to finish the course). I mean, it's one square to your right and yet the bot clicks the minimap to run 5 steps south and waste an additional 5 seconds or so (and get reported), please do, I really appreciate it. Did you take a look at the yanille essence miner btw?

Thanks mate, the most important part I'd say is to stop using the minimap when you can see the obstacle, this goes for all your courses up to Seers (having tried any higher). Not sure if it's a client thing or just script
