  13. Jamflex changed a few things with their account creation/tutorial island system. They were banning accounts faster than people could replenish their bot farms. Supply and demand.. and you have jacked up prices.

  15. The year restriction probably helps save time when reviewing applications. I'd imagine more people that don't qualify (possibly?) would apply if it was removed. Increased workload for little to no gain.
