You don't really need to play the account for 20 hours. You can find a secluded place, attack a spider/rat, turn off auto-reliate and just afk there for 6 hours.

Would recommend ZMI. Using runelite and the far distance map view you can use, it can be done with only a few clicks with the right camera angle.

If you're putting that much care into the botting accounts, you might as well make them p2p to even further decrease the ban rate chance.

Make a mule so that your legit main does not interact with the bots.

If you make them decently cheap, yes. If you don't, you'll still probably sell some to the people who are curious of the f2p botting state.
