Overcoming obstacles isnt a 5 second scripting task. If you want to include a robust obstacle handler in your scripts, it will take quite some time to write. You will need to use collision flags and detect the type of obstacle blocking you, and what needs to be done to overcome it. There is some old example code to get you started, if I feel unlazy later I will find it and link it here. Otherwise, maybe someone else will. It was a simple obstacle handler written by Maxi.

If he is asking this question, he has a dynamic IP. ISPs do not assign a static ip address to residential by default. Even upon request, many isps would deny a residential static ip. Static ips are typically used only for businesses.

If your isp refreshes their IPs during the time that your modem is unplugged, then yes it will reset your ip. How often and when your isp refreshes depends on then company.

Ah I got it this weekend. I played a bit, played 10 games of shotty snipes and ranked plat 1, I couldn't bear to play that past the 10 games needed to rank. Its pretty terrible, everyone just runs around with shottys out. I started playing a few in other play lists, but I havent ranked in another one yet. :P
