This isn't an error. Once you buy $500.00 Donor you earn the other two PiPs due to your contribution. Hope this resolves any questions.

Correct, he has around another 24 hours and if he fails to refund the user he will be banned. Also, if he decides to appeal then he will need to provide you with the account he has possibly stolen before returning to the site, along with refunding @RoomScape 30m. Thank you.
