I am not quite sure, however this is the lowest paid package & the speeds you receive - Keep in mind there are currently 3-4 people using internet in my house.

Yeah, I've had Comcast for around two years now with little to no problems so I'd definitely recommend the switch.

The area of that section is open for me as well, however, there could possibly be a bug in the section's permissions making certain usergroups not able to post. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
