taking breaks from botting which runescape should i play
Space replied to Nate Pahl's topic in Botting & Bans
I would recommend that you do play on the offical client or runelite. If you plan on "playing legit" on osbot mirror mode fair enough. If you plan on playing on stealth I wouldn't. There is always a chance the client could be detected due to it (as the name implies) injecting code into the client and whether or not you were botting during the time, you would be banned if that ever did happen. Play it safe if you're going to play legit. Then again, there's always the chance you could get banned for botting. So realistically, play however you want -
Quested pures/zerkers are usually decent. Zulrah accounts because of people wanting to bot it. It completely depends on the customer and what they're wanting. You'll find most people are after zulrah, rune dragons or vorkath ready accounts. You also need good feedback in order to make it work and worth your while.

Welcome and enjoy your stay. I think you’ll find it hard to find someone who’ll sell you information but you never know. Best of luck in your endeavours

If you want to do agility a lot safer do it through barbarian assault. If you’re not bothered about graceful. Agility is a no go skill from my and a lot of others experience. You should know the risk before you attempt to bot, even more so on your main. Don’t do it on an account you care about. you can appeal it if you google “RuneScape ban appeal” the first link will take you to the appeals. It might not be accepted but could also raise flags for your other account if you use the option “I was botting and I’m sorry” or whatever. Best of luck. I managed to recently get my account unbanned from 2014.

The account type doesn’t make a difference it’s what you plan on botting and how you plan on doing it. Regardless it’s inevitable you’ll be banned eventually,It’s just a matter of when. I’m currently botting on my Ironman doing barbarian fishing for agility and fishing XP. It’s already had a temp ban but I’m not arsed about the account and curious as to how far I can get before it’s perm banned. Currently done 58-63 agility and 55-82 fishing without being banned during the course of 4 days. Best of luck if you do plan on botting. As always don’t do it if you care about the account.

f2P, money making, agility and runecrafting are the big ones however there is still a risk of being banned regardless of the what path you take
-
Would Control + A and then add it that way help at all? If you’re selecting it all and import the delay over the whole “script” might be wrong but worth a try instead of manually doing it.
-
Wrong, you still need the 20 hours of game time required to bypass it. As well as total levels or buy membership.
-
The fact it hasn’t been updated doesn’t make the slightest difference. It’s stable, it still works and reduces ban rates significantly.

Bot Initalization Error ( java version "1.8.0_251")
Space replied to mrjday98's topic in General Help
Never seen a bug report like this, You don't have anything firewall wise that could be not allowing the connection or anti-virus. Sometimes they do weird shit that prevents you from being able to connect to certain servers. I guess you're more than capable of playing the game through the vanilla client/runelite without any issues? I'm assuming you've already tried re-installing java, Not that I would think this would work; Try going to "C:\Users\YourComputerName" and deleting the OsBot file (Would be this path for me "C:\Users\Nate\OSBot"). If for whatever reason a file got corrupted deleting it and re-installing the webwalking/osbot files might fix it. I hope it does, other than that I could only assume that one of the development team could help. Make sure you close down Osbot before trying to do anything -

OS? Using CLI, Injection Or MM? -
You'd be better off just posting photos. The skills you've said don't reflect anything for the rest of the account. Is it a main? Is it a pure? Zerker? ... The list goes on.

Ah I just didn't understand the "untrade restricted" thought you where talking about Ironmen. Sorry for the confusion.
-
Do you mean Ironman accounts? If so do you mean regular Ironman, hardcore or ultimate

You will not get anywhere on twitter or reddit. The reddit "support" are players, not people who work for jagex AFAIK. They're useless when it comes to bans and appeals, all they do is link you to forum threads. Harrassing the J-mods wont do anything either. I've tried this with ash, archie and even the J-mod that banned my other account for account sharing; Mod Cake. All to no avail. Most of them don't reply, ash did and said it was out of his control and that there is nothing he could do, it was down to the anti-cheat and appeals team and that their decision was final.

I appealed my main which was banned in 2014. Hadn’t replied prior, they unbanned it and also said in the email that if I did it again it would be perm banned without the chance of an appeal if you do appeal it just be truthful with the reason why, they know you’ve been banned for botting, if you’re honest and select the option you know what you did was wrong and you’re sorry or whatever. You’ll stand more chance of being unbanned. At least in my case anyway, honesty is the best policy

If you’re wanting agility you could do barbarians assault. It’s what I’ve done for 2 accounts so far and going for the third now. You usually end up with 60-70 agility I believe but you don’t get graceful, that’s the only downside but you do end up getting 99 fishing if you don’t get caught. Agility: these days I find agility near impossible to bot and not get caught, I did manage to get 82 agility on my other account before being 48-hour banned. That was enough for me to not bot that account again. F2P; anything F2P in my opinion is high ban rate from what I’ve seen throughout these forums. Hunter: very high ban rate unless you do birdhouses runecrafting: very high ban rate. Unsure what arceuus library would be like or if a script even exists for that combat: depends on location and length of time botted mining: moderate I’ve managed to get 1-99 mining <6months ago doing MLM and amethyst fletching: same as mining, managed to get 18.6m XP on an account which still hasn’t been banned. Money making: high chance of being banned due to gold farming. these are just my opinions and can be taken with a pinch of salt. Progress however you like, best of luck with your future endeavours

Wouldn't class it as a "botting" loss but an account I created in 2004 was manually perm banned for "Repeated account sharing" Sharing the account with a real life friend, we live like 10 minutes drive from each other and Mod cake sent me a message to the inbox on the account saying the account had been banned for repeated account sharing/selling. The account had decent stats, one of them being 99 agility. Other than that the other account I lost was also 99 agility, got caught 5 years ago botting nature runes from 44-82, recently managed to get it unbanned. Didn't have much wealth but it's another nice account I could decide to turn into a main should I ever get the urge to play legit again. I also got an email from them saying that it was the last chance for the account or it would be perm banned without the option to appeal if it's caught macroing again.

I'm sorry if i offend you but I don't know if you're trolling or just retarded.
-
Ban status? 48-hour temp or perm?
-
If you bot agility you're likely to get banned. Doesn't matter how you go about it in terms of runtime or breaks, you WILL be banned. If you care about the account don't risk it. If you don't care about it do whatever you want, just know that the next time, it will be permanent.

I built this PC 2 year ago and I've never updated java since installing it nor had any problems with OsBot not running due to it. I believe some people were/are still using Java 7..
